エッセイが送れない・・・。
こんなに怖いことが世の中にあるでしょうか。
1つの科目の成績を決めるので、しっかり取り組んだエッセイが、
締め切りに、間に合わずに減点される。
極論、エッセイ書くために留学してるようなもんなんです。

The consensus forecast for 2009 as a whole is now for a 2.1% decline in GDP.
The Bank of England has aggressively cut interest rates to 1.5% - aimed at driving down the cost of lending and making it easier for consumers and businesses to access credit.

一つの大きな理由が、自由経済の失敗ともいえる今回の経済危機です。
しかしUKの政権政党はLabour Party、つまりSocialist的な政党がすでに第一党なんですね。
政策がSocialismに基づいている部分は少なくなったとはいえ、
Conservative Partyよりかは、いまだにAnti-liberalismの要素は持っています。
例えば、富裕層へのtaxを上げたりもしています
